America is a wonderful provider and excellent communicator. Communication is necessary when you are dealing with people who are experiencing pain and have been “ignored” or talked down to. I appreciate that she and I will discuss a possible modality or plan. She will place that in the chart so if I decide to do the procedure, it is mentioned and can be scheduled without necessarily coming back to the office to talk about it again.

I learned from Dr Farshad what options I have to help reduce my pain. He also agreed to refer me for physical therapy
