Eric Cornidez is my hero, he has managed my pain management care for the past 2 years, and has made it possible for me to lead a more active life with less pain. He is responsible for my better quality of life, and his staff is caring and outstanding.

Dr. Martin did a great on of diagnosing my issue and performed an injection very quickly and relieved my pain. Will return if I have another issue in the future.
