Dr. Gilman and any of his staff that I’ve dealt with have been the best!!

It is always a good experience when I go to PISA on Grant. From the receptionist to Dr. Duran and, to Noel, I feel they are concerned with my well being. Thank you everyone !

Well I seen Dr Farshad and Michelle Boone and let me tell you it’s so great to go to the doctor and feel totally seen and heard. Their assistants are really something too. All their staff are wonderful. They are empathetic and fun to be around. I have found my permanent people that’s for sure

Lindsay listens first, then she has questions from the recent survey to get into the details, especially when something new comes along. She monitors progress for all issues that I’m being treated for, and suggests any suitable treatment or PT or in my case various exercises to help with lack of flexibility and strength. She’s gotten to know me very well and is personable and serious about the best options for my ongoing care.

It’s always a pleasure to see Dr Cubillo. Everytime I see him he asks about my past activities. (Vacations etc). That really lets me know that he actually listens to me when I talk. The assistants are also always very friendly.

Dr. Cubillo is very soft spoken in a way to help you relax. He always tells you ahead of time what to anticipate. He has an excellent bedside manner and he’s compassionate. Highly recommend.

Care consistency is always good. Dr. Bailey listens to what you say and you always have an answer before you leave.

As a person prepares mentally for procedure, one is still tense and apprehensive. Dr. Bailey has that very sensitive and personal way of making one comfortable. He is thorough in his explanations and prepares one completely. No surprises. His staff is also very helpful and tuned in to any discomfort. Great people!!
