I have seen Dr Cornidez for several years now and he has really improved my quality of life. He is very skilled at what he does and makes the injections I receive as painless as possible. Dr Connor Martin has continued the essential care that started with Dr Kenneth Gossler ten years ago. From injections into back, hip, foot and ankle, I receive relief from strong pain. I am able to travel to family, meet newest member, visit friends, and take care of back yard. This all relates to freedom and enjoyment in life again!

Dr. Farshad has been amazing to work with. I had previously been with another pain clinic in AZ, was not getting any relief, however when I started seeing Dr. Farshad I immediately could feel a difference. It’s been 5 years of no relief and now I feel like there might be light at the end of the tunnel!

I don’t know quite what to say. For going on eight years now Dr. Cubillo has kept me on my feet. He has analyzed my growing pain level and found ways to control it, allowing me to participate in countless activities that otherwise be lost to me, whether they be simple yardwork or community events.

Dr. Bailey is an excellent listener and he personalizes your pain relief. Pre-procedure he calms nerves while clearly answering patient questions. I’ve gotten back my quality of life due to Dr. Bailey.

FNP Ramos is always so caring about what’s going on with me and takes the time to consider what is best for me and explains the reasons. I don’t feel like I am just going in to get the same old pain medication just handed out without really listening to me. It might be that it is what’s best but he explains why.
