I had another good consult with Dr. Cornidez. He offered me several treatment options and explained each one. I continue to seek treatment from Dr. Cornidez because I have had such successful results in the past.

My initial consultation with Dr. Cornidez was one that left me feeling very confident of the healthcare choice I had for myself. He explained the procedure in great detail and he had such a warm and comforting manner. The first steroid injection reduced my back pain significantly for several months, but the pain gradually returned. I’ve subsequently gotten a second injection and it has, again, reduced my pain significantly, allowing me to have a much better quality of life. I truly appreciate Dr. Cornidez helping me manage my pain and offering me options to do so.

Lana Formo PA-C has been taking care of my pain for a while now and I highly recommend her ! She listens and is fast to come up with a solution to try .I am well managed with her care..I would honestly give her 10 star rating . Thank You Lana 💕

The Pain Institute is impressive. It is very well organized, and every staff member I have met is competent and friendly. My Pain doctor, Dr. Christopher Bailey has managed my back pain for over 5 years. He is knowledgeable, thorough, effective, and compassionate. I recommend both the institution and Dr. Bailey.

Dr. Bailey is very impressive on so many levels. He spoke WITH me, not at me. He made direct eye contact which I appreciated, had familiarized himself with my medical history, gave me options for treating my pain including, resting more to see if that helped with no assistance from him. Dr. Bailey also clearly explained the risks. He let me decide how I would like to proceed. I felt as if he were a friend discussing things with me.

Dr. Gilman is an amazing doctor. I highly recommend getting service from him as he is efficient with his job and cares about his patients.

I saw Dr. Cornidez’s P.A. And she was extremely knowledgeable and compassionate at the same time.
I didn’t recognize her at first but she actually remembered me from previous appointments.
A very lovely and friendly P.A. and human being.
The entire staff is incredible.
