Dr Farshad took care of me for my bimonthly visit as my pain manager had called in sick. He took time to review my chart and made sure I had my medication and asked if I needed anything else. He was very thorough and I appreciated him and his staff ensuring I was taken care of. I am giving them a five star rating

Had a worthwhile consultation with Dr Cubillo concerning severe pain in the Occipital area and the cervical area of the right shoulder. Dr Cubillo listened and made inquiries about my present experiences. He then presented a possible procedure to block the pain signal from that area to brain. He also provided literature explaining the objective and description of this approach. Overall then , the consultation was successful and satisfying in specifying the medical problem and then posing a thoughtful approach and remedy. This experience once again reinforces my confidence in following Dr Cubillo’s medical advice and presentations.

I’ve been coming here for a year and I am extremely confident that Nicole has everything figured out. Her knowledge of the anatomy and how things work and what doesn’t work is amazing. If I ask question, she makes sure she answers it completely even if she hast to do research to answer it Properly. I appreciate Nicole‘s demeanor. She’s very straightforward, and very professional. But not so professional that you don’t feel the connection that you have with her. She is intent to help you feel better, and it’s nice when you can laugh and joke with people in the medical field. I appreciate Nicole treating me like a human and hearing me. You cannot go wrong going to Pain Institute Of Southern Arizona and if there’s a way that you can request Nicole, it’ll be the best thing you ever did!

Dr. Gilman is a caring and skillful doctor. He does the very best for his patients and see them as people first and not soley their injuries or medical condition. His staff reflect his kindness and are truly sympathetic towards their patients. I am grateful to be part of their program.

Great care

I can’t begin to thank Dr Cubillo and his entire team! I have never seen an office or procedure process that has run so efficiently. Dr. Cubillo is giving me the quality of life I have missed for the past 6 years. I am so grateful I to him! His care for patients is remarkable. Thank you, Dr C & your entire staff at PISA.

I am always pleased with the care I receive from Dr Christopher Bailey. It’s been 6 month since seeing him by my choice. He listens and knows just what treatment he thinks best. He doesn’t stop there if the treatment was not the right one. We figure it out by my knowing my own body and with Dr. Baileys expertise. He is my go to Dr at Pain Institute and I’m sure others have same admiration. I am so thankful that he loves his chosen profession, it shows.

I feel they’ve helped me a lot to manage my pain w. injections & different ways to manage my pain for myself; for instance w. PT & home exercises. They are also helpful whenever I call w. questions, etc.

Dr Venezuela has always taken time to listen to my needs. With the addition of physical therapy, my health/daily living has increased. As always, thank you Dr. Sylvia and staff.

Dr. Cubillo has the best hands in the business.
He’s the only physician I trust when it comes to my pain management and associated symptom relief.
Weather it’s an annual MRI, injections, battery replacement or ablation procedures he is all I need consult with.
He knows me and well as my conditions.

Couldn’t have asked for a better doctor. Dr Farshad was very supportive of me wanting to use meds as little as possible. He answered every question we had (we had a lot because I’m nervous taking medication) He is very knowledgeable and let me know of every option I had available. I can’t say enough good things. He even ordered an MRI and sent me to the ER where I ended up needing spinal surgery. He probably saved me by being thorough and actually caring about my well being when I wasn’t able to see a neurosurgeon for months. 10000/10 will always recommend him!
