Lindsay listens first, then she has questions from the recent survey to get into the details, especially when something new comes along. She monitors progress for all issues that I’m being treated for, and suggests any suitable treatment or PT or in my case various exercises to help with lack of flexibility and strength. She’s gotten to know me very well and is personable and serious about the best options for my ongoing care.

It’s always a pleasure to see Dr Cubillo. Everytime I see him he asks about my past activities. (Vacations etc). That really lets me know that he actually listens to me when I talk. The assistants are also always very friendly.

Dr. Cubillo is very soft spoken in a way to help you relax. He always tells you ahead of time what to anticipate. He has an excellent bedside manner and he’s compassionate. Highly recommend.

Care consistency is always good. Dr. Bailey listens to what you say and you always have an answer before you leave.

As a person prepares mentally for procedure, one is still tense and apprehensive. Dr. Bailey has that very sensitive and personal way of making one comfortable. He is thorough in his explanations and prepares one completely. No surprises. His staff is also very helpful and tuned in to any discomfort. Great people!!
