I started my journey with Dr. Cornidez several years ago. It was the best decision I could’ve made him and his staff along with America have done amazing things to help me get through the journey we’ve been on. Today I continue to see them and I’m still 100% positive that I’m getting the best care I could get. Thank you Dr for everything you’ve done for me. I feel very blessed to have you both on my side.

First time visit to the Pain Institute. Excellent excellent excellent service.
Dr explained all options to me. [Efrain Cubillo, MD] Was able to work me into his schedule for treatment before a trip I was taking. Four days notice till treatment from initial consultation.

Very polite man [Jared Gilman, MD] and gave me options that nobody else actually has that I liked he wasn’t quick to prescribe pain meds and gave me an option that I liked and was very good at listening to me and was very good at explaining what it was that he wanted to do and I liked it great experience

I really do appreciate everything they do for me. I would recommend it to the next person.

From procedures to medication management, Dr. Yelevarthi is exceptionally knowledgeable, compassionate, and friendly.
