This was my first visit with Dr Duran. The appt was easy and timely to schedule. There was a miscommunication during my check in process, but I had almost finished my paperwork when I was called for my appt. Assistant very efficient and friendly. Dr Duran is great! Very engaging, thorough in explanation of treatment plan, listened to my questions and has an easy laugh. I trust his skills and judgement going into treatment because I feel he believes this is my best option. Encouraging regarding future activities and prognosis. Even thanked me for coming in so prepared ( I had copies of MRI, and a copy of report for my questions ) which I don’t think I’ve EVER had happen. Scheduler was thorough, listened to my scheduling constraints ( traveling 3+ hours for visit) and was fun to talk with. Hoping I don’t NEED to return after my procedure, but certainly will without hesitation if I need to. Well worth the travel to understand my condition and get treatment.

Dr. Martin was wonderful – I have been dealing with pain for several years and he knew right away what it was and how to treat it. Very friendly demeanor as well! Office staff were all very friendly, treating everyone who came through the door as the most important patient.

Dr. Henry is always great doctor. He lets you know what is going on and always makes you feel at ease. I feel real comfortable with him.

I am grateful that after the pain clinic I was going to closed Dr. Martin was able to make time in his schedule to see me on an emergency visit. I have an upcoming appointment on 28 May. Hopefully this visit will be more in depth so we can get to the root of cause of my chronic pain, I was treated with the utmost respect and care by all of the staff I encountered while I was at my first visit and am looking forward to working with Dr. Martin and his staff to get a resolution for my chronic pain.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with the Nevro trial. Preparing for the actual upcoming permanent implant getting all tests done were pretty easy as I had referrals beforehand. My only complaint was that if I had questions it was difficult to get return calls, I had to call a few times. But I did eventually get my answers. Yay!
