It was such a pleasure to interact with Dr Gossler’s office just in the process of scheduling an appointment. A real person spoke to me relatively quickly without waiting on hold forever which has unfortunately become the painful norm. They were able to schedule me into an appointment promptly even though I was a NEW PATIENT. This was so amazing because having to wait even 1-2 months when you are in excruciating pain is almost torture. The nursing staff were professional and caring and Dr Gossler was successful in treating the pain that had been with me for 12 months. A black cloud was lifted and it is amazing to be pain free for even 6-7 hours.
I highly recommend PISA and commend all of Dr Gossler’s staff for the amazing job they do!!

Kenneth B. Gossler, MD is a True Expert Anesthesiologist and Rehab Specialist in Pain Medicine and Pain Procedures patient care Relief!

Gemma is a wonderful PA. When 2 different pharmacies were unable to fill my pain medication. Gemma called me and let me know that I could get it at CVS. I’d been told I may have to wait a week or more before they would have my medicine. Nice to know that Everyone at the Regional Pain institute is concerned about me and so helpful. Wish all doctors were like Gemma. God Bless!

I had a follow up appointment. I do not have lower back pain after treatment. I was informed I might need another series of shots if my pain comes back. If I do, I am happy I will be treated by Pain institute.

Dr Henry is a very compassionate doctor and explains everything to you before the procedure.
