I have been a patient of Pain Institute of Southern Arizona for several years now. I am so happy that I found this facility for help with my chronic back pain. Gemma has never let me down, she is always looking for different treatments that might help me. Gemma Lopez MPAS, PA-C has never doubted me, and I cannot give enough praise to Gemma for her unwavering support and compassion. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone who is struggling with pain issues. Gemma has always been there for me, as well as Dr Yelavarthi and Dr Henry. You cannot find another pain management specialist who can even come close to the support, the compassion and the never ending options to help with pain as the Pain Institute of Southern Arizona.

If I have to go to the doctor at all, at least I can feel good about going to my providers at the Pain Institute . I have seen both Michelle Boone, FNP-C and Dr. Duran many times and have had competent, and compassionate care by both and their staff.

He was very attentive to my specific needs and addressed my questions accurately. I am looking forward to further medical treatments.

Dr. Duran is an exceptional physician. When I first met him he was very congenial, asked all the proper questions regarding my spinal issues, & laid out a course of action. All of my questions were, and have been answered from the beginning. I feel confident regarding his knowledge and approach. His stepwise approach made me feel comfortable as he started with less invasive procedures and then proceeded with more aggresive intervention. Superb physician!

Gemma is always a delight to interact with and answers any questions I may have. She is kind and compassionate

Dr. Cornidez is the best. 5 weeks ago I was limping right now I’m golfing twice a week. He not only knows what he’s doing he also has a terrific bedside manner.
