Gemma is a wonderful PA. When 2 different pharmacies were unable to fill my pain medication. Gemma called me and let me know that I could get it at CVS. I’d been told I may have to wait a week or more before they would have my medicine. Nice to know that Everyone at the Regional Pain institute is concerned about me and so helpful. Wish all doctors were like Gemma. God Bless!

I had a follow up appointment. I do not have lower back pain after treatment. I was informed I might need another series of shots if my pain comes back. If I do, I am happy I will be treated by Pain institute.

Very personable, compassionate, friendly, making patients feel comfortable., and very professional.

Very clean facilities and everyone was willing to assist each patient.

Dr Henry is a very compassionate doctor and explains everything to you before the procedure.

I have been seeing Kristen for over a year. I think she is wonderful. She is always willing to listen.

I feel like my Dr [Kayven Farshad, MD] takes the time to listen to me. I’ve never felt dismissed or unheard. My pain is real and my Dr is great at addressing my pain management and issues. His nurse Cindy is also very patient. I am given avenues to try for example physical therapy or different simple exercises. I’m very satisfied with my care here with my Dr at this office.

Kristen is awesome! She is an amazing listener, verifying what she thinks you said rather than assuming, and the actively works with her client to find solutions. She also explains the “whys” behind her rationale.
