Staff is friendly and kind. Dr. CORNIDEZ has been very supportive, caring, and kind, and has hit the right spot with his injections. It is great to not have the sciatic and back pain… more energy and freedom to do what I want to do.

Dr. Cubillo helped me 7 years ago with pain from spinal stenosis which was moderate to severe at that time. Now, it’s severe. I came back to him because he was able to give me relief for a long period of time. I already got relief from the epidural I had 8/12/2024. Now I finally can pin point where the rest of the pain is coming from and walk again without zigzagging around. PISA and Dr. Cubillo are giving me back the ability to enjoy walking again.

Got on some meds that helped, but not a lot.
My body has had lot of trauma and my arthritis is getting bad. Met with Dr. Duran , and started a new med. Now pain is tolerable.

Since they found out my
Since they found out my original doctor had moved, poor Kayven has “inherited” me. We get along, he listens when I have a problem with most anything. Between him and Michelle, I feel like they take good care of me. Enough so that when my girl was being blackmailed with her meds, I pulled her out and brought her here.
As far as I’m concerned, the Pain Institute of Southern Arizona is the best around!
