Lana Formo, PA-C
Lana Formo is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant who has been in the medical field since 2020. She received her undergraduate degree in Health Sciences from Arizona State University in 2017. Following this she pursued her Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Northern Arizona University and graduated in 2020. Lana has experience in pain management and interventional spine and previously worked out of an orthopedic office in Gilbert, Arizona prior to moving to Tucson. She is an active member in ASAPA and AAPA.
Lana takes pride in her patient-centered care and strives to be empathetic and benevolent. She has honed her skills in various clinical settings, collaborating with physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. She is passionate about educating patients on pain management techniques and empowering them to take an active role in their care.
Lana enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, camping, and playing fetch with her two dogs.
