Jasmin N. Diaz, PA-C
Jasmin Diaz, PA-C completed her Bachelor of Science in Nutritional Sciences with an emphasis in Dietetics and a minor in Biochemistry in 2019 from the University of Arizona. In 2023 she completed her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from Northern Arizona University. Jasmin is Bilingual in Spanish and English and is a member of the AAPA and the ASAPA.
Jasmin began her journey in the medical field during her undergraduate studies in Nutritional Sciences, which provided her with a solid foundation in patient care and health science. Throughout her time in PA school Jasmin completed various clinical rotations in different specialties, which allowed her to apply her knowledge in real-world settings. Now, as a newly graduated PA, she is eager to continue learning and growing in the pain management field while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
Jasmin started in medicine because she has always been enthusiastic about helping others and is fascinated by the human body. She believes that the opportunity to make a tangible difference in someone’s life through healthcare is incredibly fulfilling. The most rewarding part of her job is building meaningful relationships with her patients, earning their trust, and being able to support them not only with medical knowledge but also with compassion and empathy. Seeing patients improve and knowing she played a role in their journey to better health is what drives Jasmin every day.
She believes that it is important for healthcare providers to possess kindness, gentleness, and timeliness, as well as the ability to understand the things that are most important to their patients. Jasmin cares for her patients like she would her own family.
Jasmin felt a powerful sense of community from the moment she met the PISA team. She resonated with PISA’s mission and felt that their values aligned with her own values as a healthcare provider. Jasmin strives to make good decisions for her patients from a fully informed place. As a new healthcare provider, she is excited to learn from the best, and here at PISA she is surrounded by a team of renowned interventional pain management specialists that will guide her along the way.
In her spare time Jasmin enjoys spending time with friends and family. She will always dance to a good song and really enjoys drawing and painting.
