Overall I have been pleased. But communication has been lacking for me. The written and oral instructions were vague to me. To the point a procedure was rescheduled because I took my oral sedative before I arrived at the clinic. I never even understood what the “ablation” procedure was. Until I finally received a brochure about it the day my appointment was canceled.
Once I was in the procedure room the staff was wonderful! Always helpful and explaining exactly what was happening. Those were my best thoughts about the pain clinic.
Other than that… I can’t say I felt like a valuable person…
