Connor Martin, MD
Connor Martin, MD, is a Fellowship Trained Interventional Pain Physician with additional Board Certification in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. He is a musculoskeletal specialist with expertise in back, neck, hip, knee and shoulder pain as well as disorders of the peripheral nervous system. Dr. Martin strives to work closely with his patients to develop individualized treatment plans that both reduce pain through minimally invasive techniques and improve overall quality of life.
Dr. Martin attended Michigan State University for both his undergraduate studies in Human Nutrition and Doctorate of Medicine. He trained at Loma Linda University where he completed a residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation followed by additional fellowship training in Interventional Pain Management at Penn State University. Dr. Martin has earned several prestigious awards, including being inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society – a top academic honor – and named Resident Teacher of the Year for his work mentoring future physicians. In addition, he served as Chief Fellow during his time training as an interventional pain physician.
Using a whole-person approach, Dr. Martin is a kind physician who understands each patient is a unique case who requires an individualized approach. He incorporates physical therapy, medications, pain psychology, both fluoroscopic and ultrasound guided injections/procedures, and advanced cutting-edge techniques to reduce suffering and restore function.
When he’s not working, Dr. Martin enjoys hiking with his wife, young son, and dog. If he’s not outside embracing the outdoors (meaning most of the hot summer months), he can be found practicing his Spanish or keeping up with his favorite college and professional sports teams.
