The Pain Institute of Southern Arizona now offers convenient online bill pay through My Health Record.
Before you click on the link to pay, you must first register through our Patient Portal to receive an invitation via email. To register, contact our Medical Records Department and provide a valid email address. Call 520-318-6035 ext. 2901 to get started on the process.
Once you are registered in the Patient Portal, simply click on the link below and you’ll be walked through the convenient process of paying your bill online.
