Ms. Valenzuela greeted me with a smile and was very interested in my situation. She noticed my hands and elbow and questioned the type of arthritis I have. No one has ever questioned that in 12 years or more. She is a good listener and very accommodating. She checked my problem shoulder and ordered an x-ray. There is not a doubt in my mine that she will get a strong recommendation from me to anyone who should ask.
