Mark is very personable and good to talk to he has a helpful, reassuring manner. Also the front desk does a great job of staying on top of things even when it gets busy. Perhaps an extra person on the desk would help. The problem comes when I mix up my appointment time, but she always gets me in as soon as she can. Over-all a great group of people!
Mark is one in a million. Always hearing your concerns and loaded with knowledge and answers. I could travel to Tucson but Mark knows me.

As long as you are honest with him, you will have the best pain management PA in the area.
